Thanks for pointing out about not being able to start a new topic. This board was configured that way by default, but I've fixed that. I also moved your message out from under that other one.
I saw that happen too, the video interferrence. Did you notice that it preceded/accompanied the "free preview" message, which was attempting to scroll across the screen? Could it be that, during certain times or certain programs, this process may cause interference? I saw other such messages (during different programs) come across fairly clean.
I don't know about the other occasion(s) you observed, but if the scrolling message contributed to interference this time, then the problem should again be resolved within 24 hours - because, by then, the free-preview period will have expired.
