Hi! Because I can't start a new topic, I'm replying to this existing topic.

In the middle of Dan Dan this morning (1/3/2009 9:18am), there were some video interruption in the feed from NGN to Time-Warner. You could see the video tearing, along with a black screen popping in showing "No Video Input 00:00:01:10". Then, it flashed a few frames of video, and then that video clock rolled back to "No Video Input 00:00:00:01". A couple more frames, it flashed once again "No Video Input 00:00:00:04", and then a few more frame and "No Video Input 00:00:00:09". From thereon, the video is now showing a really AWFUL hazing effect within the video. EVERYTHING - objects, people, and the subtitles all are bleeding this double image like effect.

This exact same thing happened last year, and the NGN engineer told me that the signal being delivered to Time-Warner is clean. He said it was a problem at Time-Warner, and within 24 hours the problem was fixed.

I'm hoping that this message can be delivered to the NGN engineers to address the problem.

Thanks!
